I’ve made the same mistakes when I was a newbie. I think this happens to a lot people just starting out and trying to build their businesses online.
The sad thing is that when I was a newbie, I wasted thousands of dollars buying information products that teach entrepreneurs about these ineffective marketing strategies. In addition, I wasted even more money applying and using these strategies.
I don’t really think gurus selling these ineffective marketing how-to products mean to hurt a lot of people…
Nevertheless, my own mistake of using these ineffective marketing strategies caused me to waste a lot of time, money and effort.
What’s even worse?
These mistakes unnecessarily delayed my progress.
As I’m writing this, it’s all coming back to me…
All the frustrations and the overwhelming fear that I wasn’t going to make it. I was working sooo hard, but I was still struggling to make money.
DAMN gurus!
I could have ended up quitting… for heaven’s sake!
But, I’m so glad I didn’t.
Instead, I started testing all the strategies I used…
I started ignoring the gurus and all the supposedly “common sense wisdom” these “experts” were sharing and selling. I only relied on the results of my own tests — and I just followed the money.
As I learned more and I started marketing smarter… I also earned more.
If you feel that you’re working hard, but you’re still not earning what you really deserve…
Try to give it a little bit more time to figure things out. You owe it to yourself to apply new ideas you’ve learned and see where they take you.
You may be a lot closer than you think to becoming successful…
